Our fields bound the cottage on one side, and on the other side there is direct access on to Dartmoor. Ideal for walkers, bird watches or anyone wishing 'to get away from it all'.
Relax in the cosy beamed sitting room with wood burning stove set in a traditional stone fireplace with cloam oven. Furnished with comfy seating, dining table and chairs, TV/DVD, books and board games. The windows look out over the garden and fields, you may even catch a glimpse of fox or deer.
The cottage kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave and fridge.
The 2 comfortable cosy double bedrooms have pretty Victorian fireplaces and look out over the garden and fields. The small single room has a glimpse of the moor. Wake up to the 'feel good' sound of bird song.
Sit and relax in the tranquil garden with a morning coffee, afternoon tea or enjoy the sunset over the Tor with a glass of wine.
As Moorside is a quiet family cottage visitors are respectfully requested to leave it in a state they would wish to find it!
